Designed by Willard Byrd, Farmstead's most picturesque hole is its par 3; multiple tee boxes enable the greens crew to change this special hole dramatically each day - one day forcing a long iron shot over water and the next day avoiding the water entirely. Farmstead boasts one of the most memorable holes in Myrtle Beach: its mammoth, 767-yard, 18th hole, the area's only par 6. This finishing hole actually begins with a drive into a wide sweeping fairway in South Carolina and concludes on a large undulating green in North Carolina!
